Moore was born on June 9th, 2000 in the city of New Albany, Indiana. He grew up on the same block as Romeo Langford, a professional basketball player in the NBA, and the two of them were teammates on the basketball court until their sophomore year of high school.
Before transferring to Trinity High School, where he was a four-star football recruit, he went to New Albany High School, where he shared the 2016 4A Indiana State Basketball Championship with Langford.
During his time at New Albany High School, he was a member of the team that won the championship. He made a verbal commitment to play for the University of Texas at Austin in June 2017 but ultimately decided to enroll at Purdue University instead.
Moore, a wide receiver for the Arizona Cardinals, was selected by the Cardinals in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft (49th overall).
On June 9, 2021, he became a rookie with the Arizona Diamondbacks by signing a contract for four years. Moore caught a pass from Kyler Murray for 77 yards in his second career game,
which he used to score his first touchdown in the NFL. At the end of the season, he finished with 54 receptions, 435 receiving yards, and one touchdown.
