Meet Cindy Lewis and William Lewis

Royce Lewis was born to his parents Cindy Lewis and William Lewis on June 5, 1999.

Royce’s father, William Lewis, had become friends with Hunter during his five-year stint with the Los Angeles Angels. Lewis works as a sommelier (wine steward).

While some fathers brag to major leaguers about their ball-playing sons, William Lewis prioritized his professional responsibilities.

He took Royce to Angels games and had a picture taken with Hunter when Royce was 10, but there was no pressure to give advice or participate in free clinics.
