Ryan Feltner, born Ryan Donald Feltner plays professional baseball as a pitcher for the Colorado Rockies baseball team of Major League Baseball (MLB). Ryan played baseball in high school at Walsh Jesuit High School in Ohio and played college baseball at Ohio State University.
Whiles in college, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Brewster Whitecaps of the Cape Cod Baseball League. He was drafted out of college by the Colorado Rockies in the 4th round of the 2018 MLB draft. He signed with them and made his professional debut that year with the Grand Junction Rockies.
The Rockies assigned Ryan to spend the 2019 minor league season with the Asheville Tourists. He did not play in 2020 as the season was cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic. When the season resumed in 2021, he started with the Spokane Indians and was promoted during the season to the Hartford Yard Goats.
The Rockies selected his contract and added him to their 40-man roster in September 2021. He made his MLB debut on September 5, 2021, for the Rockies when they played a game against the Atlanta Braves baseball team.
