Spencer Brown plays offensive tackle for the National Football League’s Buffalo Bills. He is 141 kg and 2.03 m tall. He went to Lenox High School, where he participated in baseball, basketball, golf, track, and defensive end and tight end for the eight-man football team. As a senior, he had 24 receptions for 388 yards and seven touchdowns along with 67 tackles, a state-best 17 sacks, four fumble recoveries, and four sacks on the defensive side of the ball.
At the University of Northern Iowa, he played collegiate football for the Panthers. Brown gained almost 80 pounds, switched from tight end to offensive lineman, and redshirted his true freshman season. He was selected for the second team of the Missouri Valley Football Conference as a junior redshirt who started every game for the Panthers. Phil Steele named him a preseason first team FCS All-American prior to his decision to bypass his senior redshirt season and prepare for the 2021 NFL Draft.
At the 2021 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills selected him with the 93rd overall choice. He agreed to a $4 million rookie contract with the Buffalo Bills in July 2021. He was moved up to right tackle in October 2021 in order to get ready for his league debut.
