Tae Daley is a professional football player for the National Football League’s Arizona Cardinals. He is a safety for the team. He stands 1.80 meters tall and weighs 91 kilograms. He went to Northside High School, where he played football in high school. With more than 200 tackles, 13 interception returns, and 20 passes defended, he completed his prep career.

He was an All-State standout in soccer and assisted the football team in 2014 in winning the 5A state championship. He went to Vanderbilt University, where he spent three seasons playing collegiate football for the Vanderbilt Commodores. He was one of the five true freshmen to play in 11 games as a freshman in 2017.

In 2018, as a sophomore, he had 45 tackles, had 5.5 tackles for loss, and participated in 13 games. As a junior safety in 2019, he made 57 tackles, forced a turnover, and started nine games. Over the course of his three seasons at Vanderbilt, he participated in 35 games and made 108 tackles. After transferring, he completed his senior year at Virginia Tech, where he participated in all 13 games in 2021.

He finished seventh on the team with 73 tackles, one pass defensed, and two caused fumbles. He had 181 total tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, deflected seven passes, broke up 1.5 sacks, forced two turnovers, and intercepted seven passes during the course of his 46 games played in college. The Arizona Cardinals signed him as an undrafted free agent in 2022.
