Tanner Vallejo is a professional football player who plays linebacker for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League. He is 1.85 m tall and weighs 104 kg. While attending Nevada Union High School, where he graduated as a MaxPreps All-American, he played football. He attended Boise State University and played football for the Boise State Broncos there.

He had 100 tackles as a sophomore at Boise State, but he had to miss the start of his senior year of college because of wrist surgery. He blocked two kicks in one game as a sophomore, which helped the Broncos win 28-0 that season.

Vallejo was taken by the Buffalo Bills in the sixth round of the 2017 NFL Draft. On September 1st, 2018, the Bills released him. He was taken off waivers by the Cleveland Browns in the same month. He was released by the Browns in February 2019 and picked up by the Arizona Cardinals off of waivers. On September 1, 2019, following the last roster cuts, he was fired.

The following day, the Washington Redskins picked him up off waivers. On November 16, 2019, he was released from his contract. He joined the Arizona Cardinals practice squad in the same month. Vallejo renewed his contract with the Cardinals in March 2021 for a two-year, $4.1 million deal.
