Taylor Hearn is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Texas Rangers of Major League Baseball (MLB). He made his MLB debut in 2019.

Royse City High School in Royse City, Texas, educated Hearn. The Pittsburgh Pirates selected him in the 22nd round of the 2012 Major League Baseball draft after his final year of high school.

Instead of signing a contract, he decided to attend San Jacinto College and play baseball there. Following his unsigned free agent status, he was selected 36th overall in the 2013 Major League Baseball Draft by the Cincinnati Reds.

He was selected by the Minnesota Twins in the 25th round of the 2014 MLB draft after a second season at San Jacinto.

Instead of signing, he transferred to Oklahoma Baptist University. For the 2015 MLB draft, he was selected in the fifth round by the Washington Nationals and agreed to a contract.

In 2015, Hearn played 12 games for the Class A Short Season Auburn Doubledays and the rookie GCL Nationals, going 1–5 with a 3.56 ERA (11 starts).

A short time later, he was promoted to the Class A Hagerstown Suns from the Gulf Coast League Nationals.
