Teddy Bridgewater,  real name Theodore Edmond Bridgewater Jr., a quarterback for the Miami Dolphins, competes in the NFL. He was created in Miami, Florida, in the United States, on November 10th, 1992. He attended Miami Northwestern Senior High School. He played NCAA football with the University of Louisville’s Louisville Cardinals team after graduating from high school.

He and his football team, the Cardinals, were unquestionably the underdogs when they faced the Florida Gators in the 2013 Sugar Bowl. In his final college game against the Miami Hurricanes in the 2013 Russell Athletic Bowl, he completed 35 of 42 passes for 447 yards and three touchdowns, receiving MVP honors for the game.

Bridgewater was chosen by the Minnesota Vikings with the 32nd and last pick in the first round of the draft. With the Minnesota Vikings, he signed a four-year, $6.85 million deal that included included a $3.3 million signing bonus. In March 2018, Bridgewater and the New York Jets came to terms on a one-year contract. In August 2018, the Jets traded Bridgewater to the New Orleans Saints.

In March 2020, Bridgewater and the Carolina Panthers agreed to a three-year, $63 million deal. In April 2021, he was traded to the Denver Broncos. In March 2022, Bridgewater and the Miami Dolphins agreed to a $10 million, one-year contract.
