Teddy Bridgewater

Theodore Edmond Bridgewater Jr. is a quarterback for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League. He was created in Miami, Florida on November 10, 1992, in the United States. He attended Miami Northwestern Senior High School. He played collegiate football for the Louisville Cardinals team at the University of Louisville after graduating from high school.

Going into the 2013 Sugar Bowl with his football team, the Cardinals, against the Florida Gators, he was unquestionably the underdog. In his final college game against the Miami Hurricanes in the 2013 Russell Athletic Bowl, he completed 35 of 42 passes for 447 yards and three touchdowns, receiving MVP honors for the game.

Bridgewater was chosen by the Minnesota Vikings with the 32nd and last pick in the first round of the draft. With the Minnesota Vikings, he signed a four-year, $6.85 million deal that including a $3.3 million signing bonus. In March 2018, Bridgewater and the New York Jets came to an agreement on a single-year deal.

In August 2018, the Jets traded Bridgewater to the New Orleans Saints. In March 2020, Bridgewater and the Carolina Panthers reached an agreement on a three-year, $63 million deal. In April 2021, he was traded to the Denver Broncos. In March 2022, Bridgewater and the Miami Dolphins came to a one-year, $10 million contract agreement.
