Tejay Antone, full name Tejay Anthony Antone happens to play professional baseball for the Cincinnati Reds baseball team of Major League Baseball(MLB). Tejay plays as a pitcher for the team and earns a salary of $720,000 per year from the Reds.

He was born on December 5, 1993, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in the United States of America. He is 1.93 m tall. He had his amateur high school career at Mansfield Legacy High School in Mansfield, Texas.

The New York Mets drafted him in the 22nd round of the 2012 MLB draft but he did not sign with them and chose to play college baseball for the Texas Christian University Horned Frogs at the Texas Christian University. Tejay got transferred to Weatherford College in 2014 where he continued his baseball career till he graduated.

During the 2014 MLB draft, he was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the 5th round, with the 155th overall selection, of the draft. He signed with the Reds and made his professional debut that year playing for both the Arizona League Reds and the Billings Mustangs.

For the 2016 minor league season, he played with the Daytona Tortugas and the Louisville Bats. The Reds added him to their 40–man roster after the 2019 season. He was promoted to the major leagues in 2020 and he made his MLB debut on July 27, 2020.
