Teoscar José Hernández is a Dominican professional baseball outfielder who currently plays for the Toronto Blue Jays of Major League Baseball.
He was born on October 15, 1992 in the Dominican Republic (MLB). Prior to that, he was a player with the Houston Astros.
In February of 2011, Hernández became a member of the Houston Astros organization after signing a contract as an international free agent.
During that season, he made his debut in the professional ranks with the Dominican Summer League Astros. In 2012, Hernandez played for the Rookie-level Gulf Coast Astros and the Class-A Lexington Legends of the South Atlantic League.
