Tim Harris participates in football with the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League. He was born on July 31, 1995, in Richmond, Virginia, in the United States of America. At Varina High School in eastern Henrico County, Virginia, he played football while a student.
Later, he played collegiate football for the Virginia Cavaliers of the University of Virginia. Tim was chosen by the San Francisco 49ers in the sixth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. On September 5, 2020, the 49ers released him, and the next day he was signed to the practice squad.
He came to an agreement on a reserve/future transaction on January 4, 2021. On August 4, 2021, he was waived or injured by the 49ers, who then put him on injured reserve. On August 24, 2021, he signed a one-year contract with the Buffalo Bills after being dismissed on August 11, 2021. He had been freed as of August 30, 2021. He joined the practice squad of the Cleveland Browns in September 2021.
He joined the team the following month. Tim left the Browns practice squad on November 10, 2021, and on November 29, 2021, he joined the practice squad of the Buffalo Bills. He and the Bills reached an agreement on a reserve/future contract on January 24, 2022.
