Tobias Myers is one of the professional minor league players currently with the Cleveland Indians baseball team. He plays as a pitcher for the team. He has his high school baseball career at Winter Haven High School in Winter Haven, Florida where he was born.
He was drafted in 2016 by the Baltimore Orioles in the sixth round of the 2016 MLB draft. He signed with the Orioles and was given $225,000 as a signing bonus. He made his professional debut that year with the Rookie-level Gulf Coast League Orioles.
The following season, he was assigned to spend the season with the Aberdeen IronBirds of the Class A Short Season New York–Penn League. The Orioles traded him to the Tampa Bay Rays in 2017. The Rays assigned him to play with the Hudson Valley Renegades of the Class A Short Season New York–Penn League the rest of the season.
He was assigned to play with the Bowling Green Hot Rods of the Class A Midwest League in 2018. He spent 2019 playing for the Charlotte Stone Crabs of the Class A-Advanced Florida State League.
The Rays traded him to the Cleveland Guardians in November 2021. He was added to the Guardians’ 40-man roster after the trade and he spent the 2022 season with the Columbus Clippers of the Triple-A International League.
