Tommy Nance Parents: Who Are Tommy Nance Parents?

Thomas Andrew Nance, professionally called Tommy Nance happens to be a professional baseball pitcher. He plays for the Miami Marlins baseball team. He had his amateur baseball career at Woodrow Wilson High School, Long Beach State, Cypress College and Santa Clara University where he played college baseball. 

After he graduated from Santa Clara University, he was Undrafted so he signed with the Windy City Thunderbolts (a professional baseball team in Chicago) of the Frontier League in 2015. The Chicago Cubs purchased his contract from Windy City in January 2016.

That season, he played for four Cubs affiliates, the Low-A Eugene Emeralds, the Single-A South Bend Cubs and the High-A Myrtle Beach Pelicans. He missed the 2017 minor league games as he had an injury in his shoulder.

After he healed from his injury, he returned to the games the following season and spent the season in Double-A with the Tennessee Smokies. He played for both Tennessee and Myrtle Beach in 2019 but did not play in a game in 2020 as the season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tommy made his MLB debut on May 17 2021 for the Cubs. The Miami Marlins claimed him off waivers in March 2022.
