Thomas James Pham, born on March 8, 1988, is an American professional baseball outfielder for the Cincinnati Reds of Major League Baseball (MLB).

He previously played for the St. Louis Cardinals, Tampa Bay Rays, and San Diego Padres. Pham bats and throws right-handed stands 6 feet 1 inch (1.85 m) tall and weighs 210 pounds (95 kg).

A native of Las Vegas, Nevada, Pham was selected by the Cardinals in the 16th round of the 2006 Major League Baseball draft. He overcame a number of injuries and vision impairments related to keratoconus to make his major league debut nine seasons after being drafted.

In 2017, Pham became the first Cardinals batter since 1900 to record at least a .300 batting average, 20 home runs, 20 doubles, and 20 stolen bases in the same season.

In the pandemic shortened 2020 season, Pham slashed .211/.312/.312 with 3 home runs and 12 RBI in 31 games. On August 16, 2020, Pham suffered a broken hamate bone in his left hand and underwent surgery, missing a month of action.

In October 2020, Pham underwent surgery after being stabbed in the lower back during an altercation outside a strip club in San Diego. Later in the offseason, Pham underwent surgery to correct a problem in his left wrist, his third surgery since the month of August.

In 2021, Pham batted .229/.340/.383 with 15 home runs, 49 RBIs, and 14 stolen bases in 155 games. He led the major leagues with 30 pinch hits.
