The Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League presently have Tony Randall Pollard on their roster as a running back. His birthday is April 30, 1997. Prior to being chosen by the Cowboys in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft, he played college football for Memphis.
Pollard played high school football while attending Melrose High School. He started as a cornerback and wide receiver for his high school’s football team as a senior.
He accumulated more than 1,200 receiving yards, scored 20 touchdowns, and was selected All-District 16-AAA, all of which helped the club qualify for the playoffs. Pollard accepted a football scholarship from the University of Memphis.
As a redshirt freshman, he participated in 13 games, starting seven of them. At 128 overall and in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft, the Dallas Cowboys selected Pollard.
He carried the ball 13 times for 24 yards in his NFL debut against the New York Giants in Week 1, helping the squad to a 35-17 victory.
Meet Torria and Tarrance Pollard
Tony Pollard was born to his parents Torria Pollard and Tarrance Pollard on April 30, 1997. His parents have been very supportive of his career in American football when he was young.
Even if it meant spending money on pricey camps and training, Torria and Tarrance Pollard made sure Tony and his older brother Terrion had every chance to thrive on the field.
We struggled as parents at times, she continued, attempting to provide for the family and the children.
