Trevon Diggs represents the Dallas Cowboys as a cornerback in the National Football League. He stands 1.85 m tall and weighs 93 kg. During his second year there, he transferred from Thomas S. Wootton High School to The Avalon School. During his time in high school, he participated in athletics as a defensive back and wide receiver.

He had a junior season with 78 receptions for 1,008 yards and 15 touchdowns. In his last year, he amassed 1,269 yards receiving. The Washington, D.C. Metro All-Receiver team selected him twice. He swore his loyalty to the University of Alabama for the college football team, the Alabama Crimson Tide.

As a true freshman in football in 2016, he participated as a utility player. As a senior in 2019, he started 12 games, finished with 37 tackles, three interceptions, eight passes deflected, and two recovered fumbles. He had nearly 100 total return yards versus Arkansas, returned an interception for a score of 84 yards, and also recovered two fumbles.

The Dallas Cowboys selected Diggs with the 51st overall selection in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft. His 11 interceptions at the end of the 2021 season, the most by any NFL player in a single season since Walls in 1981, set a league record. He had a stellar season, earning him a spot on the First Team All-Pro.
