Trevor Gott Parents: Meet Vaughan Gott and Teresa Gott

Trevor Gott is a professional baseball player from America who is known to currently play for the Milwaukee Brewers baseball team of Major League Baseball(MLB). Trevor had his amateur baseball career at Tates Creek High School and then at the University of Kentucky where he played college baseball for the Wildcats. 

Trevor was drafted in 2013 by the San Diego Padres in the 6th round of the 2013 MLB draft. He signed with the Padres and received $200,000 as a signing bonus. He began his professional career that year with the Eugene Emeralds of the Class A-Short Season Northwest League.

He was later promoted to play for the Fort Wayne TinCaps of the Class A Midwest League. He spent the 2014 season with the Lake Elsinore Storm in the Class A-Advanced California League where he was named a California League All-Star. Trevor was traded in July 2014 to the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.

He made his MLB debut with the Angels on June 14, 2015. The Angels traded him in December 2015 to the Washington Nationals. The San Francisco Giants purchased his contract from the Angels in February 2019 and in November  2021, Trevor signed a major league contract with the Milwaukee Brewers.
