Trevor Gott

American baseball player Trevor Gott, real name Trevor Vaughan Gott, is well-known. He presently pitches for the Milwaukee Brewers baseball team in the major leagues.

At the Kentucky high school where he was named the Gatorade Kentucky High School Player of the Year, he also played baseball while attending Tates Creek High School. played college baseball for the Wildcats at the University of Kentucky after high school. He also participated in baseball for the Cape Cod Baseball League’s Orleans Firebirds.

In the sixth round of the 2013 MLB draft, the San Diego Padres selected him. He made his major league debut that season with the Class A-Short Season Northwest League’s Eugene Emeralds after signing with the Padres for a $200,000 signing bonus. He was moved up to the Class A Midwest League’s Fort Wayne TinCaps during the current campaign. He was selected as a California League All-Star in 2014 while playing for the Lake Elsinore Storm in the Class A-Advanced California League.

He was moved up by the Padres to the Class AA Texas League’s San Antonio Missions. In July 2014, he was exchanged for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. The Angels signed him to a contract and gave him a major league promotion.

On June 14, 2015, he made his MLB debut with the Angels. In December 2015, the Angels dealt his contract to the Washington Nationals. In February 2019, the San Francisco Giants acquired his contract. He signed a major league deal with the Milwaukee Brewers in November 2021
