Trevor Michael Kelley is a Major League Baseball pitcher who currently plays for the Milwaukee Brewers. In his MLB career, he also played for the Boston Red Sox and the Philadelphia Phillies in Major League Baseball.

Kelley pitched for the GCL Red Sox and the Class A Short Season Lowell Spinners in 2015, going 1-3 with a 3.60 ERA in 25 innings.
