Tyreek Hill participates in American football as a wide receiver for the National Football League’s Miami Dolphins. He is 87 kilograms and 1.78 meters tall. He was a student at Coffee High. From 2012 to 2013, he participated in collegiate football for the Garden City Broncbusters at Garden City Community College.

He played college football for the Oklahoma State Cowboys football team after transferring to Oklahoma State University in 2014. In his Cowboys debut in August 2014 against the Florida State Seminoles, Hill hauled in a season-high six receptions for 62 receiving yards. He played football for the West Alabama Tigers football team at the University of West Alabama, where he ended his undergraduate career.

In the fifth round of the 2016 NFL Draft, Hill was taken by the Kansas City Chiefs with the 165th overall pick. His four-year, $2.58 million contract with the Chiefs was finalized in May 2016 and included a $70,000 signing bonus in addition to $100,000 in guaranteed money. The Miami Dolphins received Hill in exchange for another player in March 2022 from the Kansas City Chiefs. Together with the deal, Hill and the Dolphins agreed to a four-year, $120 million agreement. He became the NFL’s highest-paid wide receiver thanks to a contract that includes $72.2 million in guaranteed money.
