Reggie Travon Gilliam is a fullback with the National Football League’s Buffalo Bills. Gilliam was a student at Toledo University where he played professionally as a fullback, though he spent the 2020 season as a tight end.

Gilliam was raised in Columbus, Ohio, and went to Galloway High School. He was named first-team after rushing for 565 yards and eight touchdowns on 87 carries as a senior and catching 18 passes for 280 yards and three scores. He was selected as the first team All-Ohio  Capital Conference  Central Division

Gilliam spent four seasons with the Toledo Rockets, starting as a walk-on and played tight end on offense and fullback on special teams.

As a junior in 2018, he led the nation with four blocked kicks and was selected second-team All-Mid-American Conference. Gilliam finished his collegiate career with 18 receptions for 153 yards and three scores, as well as six kicks blocked.

On April 25, 2020, the Buffalo Bills signed Gilliam as an undrafted free agent. Out of training camp, he made the Bills’ 53-man roster.

On September 13, 2020, Gilliam made his NFL debut against the New York Jets in the Bills’ season opener. One week later, on September 20, 2020, in a 31-28 victory over the Miami Dolphins, Gilliam caught his first career touchdown pass, from Josh Allen, for one yard.
