O. J Howard happens to be a professional football player with the Buffalo Bills football team in the NFL. He plays in the position of a tight end for the Bills. He is 1.98 m tall and weighs 114 kg. He was in November 1994 to Lamesa Parker-Howard and Kareem Howard. He played football when he was in high school at Autauga Academy in the USA.

Before he got into college, both Scout.com and Rivals.com gave him a five-star rating, placing him as the top tight end in his class. He made the choice to enroll at Alabama University in order to play football. From 2013 to 2016, he competed in collegiate football with the Alabama Crimson Tide.

In May 2017, he and the Buccaneers agreed to a four-year, $11 million contract, which includes a $6.2 million signing bonus. In April 2020, the Buccaneers will execute Howard’s fifth-year option which was worth a guaranteed $6.013 million for the 2021 season. He entered into a one-year contract with the Buffalo Bills in March 2022.
