What Happened To Cole Strange?

As a guard for the New England Patriots of the National Football League, Cole Strange also happens to play American football. He is 139 kg in weight and 1.96 m tall. As a football player, he attended Farragut High School. His position of preference was defensive end, and as a senior, he won the Knoxville Interscholastic League Defensive Player of the Year award after compiling 103.5 tackles, 18 tackles for loss, and 7.5 sacks.

From 2016 to 2021, he played collegiate football for the Chattanooga Mocs football team while attending the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga after graduating from high school. His undergraduate degree is in psychology, and he is presently enrolled in an online program at UTC for a master’s degree in engineering management.

He made 10 appearances as a redshirt freshman at left guard, starting six of them. He was a redshirt sophomore and was named to the second team of the Southern Conference. He started all 11 games at left guard (SoCon). He started 11 games as left guard and was again chosen for the second team All-SoCon as a redshirt junior.

During his redshirt senior season, he won the Jacobs Blocking Award as the best blocker in the SoCon. He started four out of five possible games at left guard and was named the league’s best blocker. He received the Jacobs Blocking Award for a second time in a row in 2021 and was selected to the first team of the SoCon. He participated in the 2022 Senior Bowl after finishing his college career. The 2022 NFL Draft’s first round pick was made by the New England Patriots.
