Durham Smythe is an American football tight end for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League. He played college football at Notre Dame.

Durham is known to be the son of his parents by the names of  Roy Smythe and Terri Smythe. 

Smythe during his days in college totalled 28 receptions for 381 receiving yards and six receiving touchdowns in four years.

He is known to have been drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the fourth round with the 123rd overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, using the pick acquired from Cleveland in the Jarvis Landry trade.
