David Owen Fletcher is a Major League Baseball infielder for the Los Angeles Angels (MLB). He was selected by the Angels in the sixth round of the 2015 Major League Baseball draft.

Fletcher attended Loyola Marymount University and played college baseball for the Loyola Marymount Lions. He was awarded a Cape Cod Baseball League all-star in 2014 while playing collegiate summer baseball with the Orleans Firebirds.
