What happened to Tyler Linderbaum?

Tyler Linderbaum, a first-round pick of the Ravens, began the last preseason game on Saturday, giving him his first taste of NFL game action.

He said after the game that he will also be ready for the regular season.

Linderbaum stated, “I have no doubt that I’ll be full and 100 percent by the time Week 1 rolls around.” “We have great doctors and trainers here to help me get ready. So, I’m excited about it.”

Early on in training camp, Linderbaum hurt his foot and had to miss two weeks. He said it was like an injury he had in college, but it wasn’t as bad.

“If I didn’t want to play, I wouldn’t be out here,” he said. “It’s frustrating, but that’s just the way football is. People are going to get hurt.”

On Saturday night, Linderbaum participated in all three series as the team defeated the Washington Commanders, 17-15. On the last of these three drives, Demarcus Robinson caught a touchdown pass that went for 67 yards, giving the Ravens a touchdown.

Linderbaum was called for holding, but the call was not made. In those three sets, the Ravens ran the ball three times and gained four yards.

Head Coach John Harbaugh said that he was excited to watch the clip.

I think he did alright. I saw him beat up a linebacker once, which was cool, “Harbaugh said.” “But getting him out there was enough. It is very important for him to have played in a game before he plays in a regular season game. “
