He was born on April 22, 1993. His former team in Major League Baseball was the Kansas City Royals. Manny Machado became an employee of the Kansas City Royals as an international free agent on November 20, 2010, after signing a contract with the team.



His first experience in the professional ranks came with the DSL Royals, where he pitched seven games and had an earned run average of 4.66.
