Andrew Beck is an American football fullback who currently plays for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League. He was born on May 15, 1996.



He attended Texas and participated in collegiate football there. Beck participated in football for the Texas Longhorns for a total of five seasons during his time there.

As a sophomore, he started for the team as a tight end and H-back, collecting eight receptions for 77 yards while largely acting as a blocker. In total, he had a positive impact on the game.



During his junior year, Beck had a breakout season as a receiver, hauling in four passes for 82 yards and two scores while also blocking for D’Onta Foreman, the leading runner in the country.

After injuring his foot during preseason practice, he was forced to utilize a medical redshirt and missed the majority of his final year of college athletics.

As a redshirt senior, Beck was named to the first team All-Big 12 Conference after compiling statistics of 28 receptions, 281 yards receiving, and two touchdowns.

On May 4, 2019, Beck agreed to a guaranteed salary of $115,000 with the New England Patriots after signing with the team as an undrafted free agent.

This made him the highest-paid undrafted signing for the organization despite not being selected in the draft. When training camp first began, the Patriots made the decision to switch Beck over to the fullback position.

On September 9, the Broncos played the Oakland Raiders in the first game of the season, which was also his first game in the NFL.
