Cornerback Antonio Hamilton plays for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League. He is 88 kg and 1.83 m tall. While attending Strom Thurmond High School, he participated in football. He played collegiate football for the South Carolina State Bulldogs at South Carolina State University. He participated there for three seasons, showing up in a total of 33 games.

He made 73 tackles, one sack, four interceptions, and nine passes defended. In addition to 33 kickoff returns for 818 yards, he also had 23 punt returns for 498 yards and two touchdowns. In his junior year, as a return specialist, he was named All-Conference.

In March 2020, he signed a contract with the Kansas City Chiefs. Hamilton joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in May 2021 but was let go in August 2021 as part of the team’s final roster cuts. He was added to the Arizona Cardinals practice squad in September 2021. On September 29, 2021, he received a promotion to the active roster.
