After graduating from high school, he was given a scholarship to play for the University of Michigan’s Michigan Wolverines.
As a freshman in 2017, he participated in 12 games for the Wolverines before sitting out as a sophomore due to a hamstring injury. In 2019, he switched to the University of Minnesota as a graduate student after earning his bachelor’s degree in sports management from Michigan in just two years.
During his two years as a player for the University of Minnesota’s Minnesota Golden Gophers football team, he maintained his football career, playing in 18 games and recording 59 tackles. The Washington Commanders Football Team selected St-Juste with the 74th overall choice in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Later, he was chosen by the Toronto Argonauts in the sixth round of the 2021 CFL Draft.
In May 2021, he inked a four-year rookie contract with the Commanders, and in the opening game of that season, he faced the Los Angeles Chargers, he made his NFL debut. The Commanders selected him in the draft as well. He made four tackles but also allowed six catches, resulting in a 20-16 defeat.
