Cavan Thomas Biggio is an American-born professional baseball player with the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team. Cavan plays the position of the second baseman, third baseman and an outfielder for the team. He is 1.88 m tall and weighs 91 kg.

During the 2016 MLB draft, the Toronto Blue Jays drafted him in the 5th round of the draft. He signed with them and received an amount of $300,000 as a signing bonus. That same year, he was assigned to play with the Vancouver Canadians of the Class A-Short Season Northwest League to begin his professional career. He was named an All-Star for Vancouver that season.  

Cavan was assigned to spend the 2017 season with the Dunedin Blue Jays of the Class A-Advanced Florida State League. He spent the 2018 season with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats of the Double-A Eastern League.

Before the 2018 season ended, he was named the Eastern League’s Rookie of the Year as well as the Most Valuable Player. In the 2019 minor league season, he was assigned to play with the Buffalo Bisons of the Triple-A International League.

Cavan Biggio was promoted to the major leagues on May 24, 2019, and he made his MLB debut that day when they played against the San Diego Padres.
