As a linebacker for the National Football League’s Atlanta Falcons, Chandler Wooten is a professional football player. He is 105 kg in weight and 1.91 m tall. As a senior in 2016, he had 124 tackles and 15 tackles for loss at North Cobb High School, where he also played football.

He was recognized as Class 7A All-State and received regional Defensive Player of the Year honors at that time. After high school, he made a college football commitment to Auburn University. He took part in the Auburn Tigers football team’s collegiate season at Auburn.

He played as a reserve linebacker in eight games as a true freshman in 2017. As a sophomore, he participated in nine games as a backup LB. In 2019, he played in 13 games and had 27 tackles, including 4.5 tackles for loss. As a senior in 2021, he played in 13 games and received the position of team captain. During his time in college, he played in 43 games and recorded 140 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, five passes defended, and a recovered fumble.

He received his bachelor’s degree from the College of Liberal Arts, and he is now enrolled in the College of Education to work on his master’s. Wooten signed a free agent contract with the Arizona Diamondbacks in April 2022.
