In the National Football League, Chuma Edoga plays offensive lineman for the Atlanta Falcons. Having a height of 1.91 m, he is 140 kg in weight. As a junior in 2013, he was selected for the first team of the state while playing football at John McEachern High School. He received recognition in 2014 by being named to the Parade All-American first team, Prep Star All-American Dream Team, Max Preps All-American first team, and All-State Class AAAAAA first team.

He went to the University of Southern California following high school, where he played college football for the USC Trojans team from 2015 to 2018. At USC, he majored in politics. In 34 games throughout the course of his college career, he made 16 starts.

With the 92nd overall pick in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft, the New York Jets selected Edoga. Before sustaining a knee injury in Week 12 of the 2019 season, he started eight games at both tackle positions. On December 17, 2019, he was placed on injured reserve. He started the 2021 campaign as a backup offensive tackle.

In November 2021, he was put on injured reserve. On December 18 of same year, he was put into service. The Jets released him on August 30, 2022. The Atlanta Falcons picked him up off waivers the next day.
