Cody William Stashak is an American professional baseball pitcher who currently plays for the Minnesota Twins in Major League Baseball.
He was born on June 4, 1994, in the United States (MLB). Oakcrest High School, located in Mays Landing, New Jersey, was Stashak’s alma mater.
He began his collegiate baseball career at Cumberland County College, where he spent two seasons playing the game before moving to St. John’s University.
During the 2015 Major League Baseball draft, the Minnesota Twins selected him in the 13th round to join their organization.
In 2016, Stashak was a member of the Elizabethton Twins, and the following year, he was a member of the Fort Myers Miracle.
In 2018, he was a pitcher for the Pensacola Blue Wahoos, and in 2019, he pitched for the Rochester Red Wings. Stashak was called up to the major leagues by the Minnesota Twins on July 22, 2019, when the club exercised its option to purchase his contract.
On July 23, he made his professional baseball debut by pitching two innings of scoreless relief against the New York Yankees.
