Professional football player Darrel Williams is a running back for the National Football League’s Arizona Cardinals. He is 102 kg in weight and 1.80 m tall. He played football while a student at John Ehret High School. In his senior year of high school, he accumulated 2,036 yards and 27 touchdowns.

After high school, he had offers from numerous colleges because he was a four-star prospect. He elected to attend at Louisiana State University, where his collegiate football team was the LSU Tigers. As a freshman, he joined a rotation of four running backs. He has several starts as a senior.

Following the conclusion of LSU’s 2017 season, he consented to participate in the 2018 Senior Bowl. After being passed over in the 2018 NFL Draft, Williams was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent in May of that year. He had three receptions for 27 receiving yards, a receiving touchdown, and a total of 13 carries for 44 rushing yards in his first season.

He added another year to the length of his deal with the Chiefs in March 2021. By the end of the 2021 season, he had a career-high 558 running yards and six rushing touchdowns. He also hauled in 47 passes for 452 yards and two receiving scores. In May 2022, Williams agreed to a one-year deal with the Arizona Cardinals.
