American football wide receiver Darrius Allen Shepherd was born on November 1, 1995, and he currently plays for the St. Louis BattleHawks.
After he graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in football, the Green Bay Packers took a chance on him and signed him as an undrafted free agent in the year 2020.
Shepherd was the second of Amy Shepherd’s three children to enter the world. Shepherd received his secondary education at Blue Springs, Missouri, at Blue Springs High School.
Shepherd completed his collegiate playing career with Bison, where he recorded 188 receptions, 2,841 receiving yards and 20 touchdowns.
Shepherd received his bachelor’s degree from North Dakota State University in university studies with a psychology minor in May of 2018, and he graduated with honours.
Shepherd was offered a contract by the Green Bay Packers on May 6, 2019, following his invitation to attend their rookie training camp. During the game against the Detroit Lions in Week 6,
he made his first grab in the National Football League, a reception from Aaron Rodgers for 1 yard. On October 29, Shepherd was released from the active roster and re-signed to play on the practice squad.
Shepherd inked a contract to play for the Kansas City Chiefs on June 17, 2021. Shepherd was selected in the first round (23rd overall) by the New Jersey Generals on February 23, 2022.
Shepherd signed a contract to play for the Denver Broncos on August 4, 2022. On August 30, 2022, he was released from active duty and then signed into the practice squad the following day. On October 11th, he was allowed to go free.
