Dylan Parham, born on August 24, 1999, is an offensive guard for the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League (NFL).

He was picked up by the Oakland Raiders in the third round of the NFL Draft in 2022 after attending college on a football scholarship from the University of Memphis.

Parham grew up in Carrollton, Georgia, and attended and graduated from Carrollton High School, where he competed in track and field, basketball, and football.



He started out as a linebacker but made the conversion to tight end in his final season. Parham’s primary role as a senior was as a blocker.

Despite this, he was chosen for All-first Area’s team after throwing for 96 yards and a touchdown on 9-of-13 passing while leading Carrollton to 4,200 yards of offence.

Parham committed to playing college football for the Memphis Tigers despite only being rated as a two-star prospect.

Although he started out as a tight end for Memphis, true freshman Parham has already made the transition to the offensive line.

He started every game for Memphis during his redshirt freshman and sophomore years. Parham was moved to the centre position during spring practice in his second year after spending his first two years in a redshirt.

In preparation for the upcoming 2020 season, he was moved to right tackle from the defensive end. During his redshirt senior year, he was named to the first-team All-AAC by the American Athletic Conference (AAC).
