According to his management, Feleipe Franks made his decision to sign with the Falcons not long after Jamie Newman reached an agreement with the Eagles.
Similar to Newman, Franks was a student at two distinct southeastern institutions throughout his tenure in the region. He capped off his career at the University of Arkansas.
Franks was a previous recruit for the University of Florida and went on to start for the Gators as a freshman.
He only had six interceptions in 2018 while completing 24 touchdown throws. Unfortunately, he was sidelined for the rest of the 2019 season due to an ankle injury.
Franks made the decision that he would be transferring to Arkansas on the 20th of January, 2020. Frank was selected as the starting quarterback for the 2020 Razorbacks’ season opener versus Georgia and one of the four team captains on September 16, 2020.
