The Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League are a club that includes guard Isaac Seumalo. He is 1.91 meters tall and 138 kilograms in weight. As an offensive and defensive lineman in his junior and senior years at Corvallis High School, he was selected to the 5A First-team All-State. He turned down offers from Stanford, Oregon, and Southern California in favor of Oregon State University.

With the Oregon State Beavers, he played college football. He was the first true freshman to start at center for Oregon State since Roger Levasa did so in 1978. He participated in all 13 contests, and and College Football News both recognized him as a Freshman All-American.

In a win over the Utah Utes, he received particular appreciation for his effort against reigning Pac-12 Defensive Lineman of the Year Star Lotulelei. Seumalo was chosen 79th overall by the Philadelphia Eagles in the third round of the 2016 NFL Draft in April. He participated in 14 games in 2017, starting two of them at left guard.

When the Eagles defeated the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LII, he earned his first Super Bowl ring. In March 2019, he agreed to a three-year contract extension with the Eagles through the 2022 campaign. He had a knee injury in September 2020, went on injured reserve, and was activated in November 2020.
