Justin James “J. J.” Watt plays football professionally as an NFL defensive end for the Arizona Cardinals. He is 1.96 m tall and 131 kg in weight. In high school, he played football for Pewaukee High School. He was selected to the first teams of the All-State, All-County, All-Area, and Conference teams at tight end and defensive end during his senior year, winning the Woodland Conference Player of the Year Award.
He played one season of collegiate football at Central Michigan University for the Central Michigan Chippewas. He had 77 receiving yards and 8 receptions in 14 games for Central Michigan. Watt agreed to a two-year, $28 million deal with the Arizona Cardinals on March 1, 2021, with a $23 million guarantee.
