Jesús Sánchez was born Jesús Enrique Sánchez. He plays professional baseball for the Miami Marlins baseball team. He plays in the position of an outfielder and has been with the team since July 2019.
Jesús was born and raised in the Dominican Republic on October 7, 1997, in the town of Higuey. He used to play baseball when he was young in his home town. In 2014, the Tampa Bay Rays signed him into their organisation as an international free agent.
He didn’t play that season he was signed and rather played the following season where he made his professional debut with the Dominican Summer League Rays. He spent the 2016 minor league season playing for both the Gulf Coast Rays and Princeton Rays.
