Harris was born on August 4, 1996. Lindenwood University was his college team for football. Harris played for the Lindenwood Lions sports team. In his first year of college, he wore a red shirt instead of a uniform.

After completing his time in college, he had 183 tackles, including 38.5 for a loss, 22 sacks, four forced fumbles, an interception and a fumble recovery.



On May 3, 2019, Harris became a member of the Chicago Bears as an undrafted free agent after signing with the team.

During the final roster cuts, which took place on August 31, 2019, he was released from the Bears’ roster but re-signed to the practice squad the very next day.

On September 28, 2019, Harris was given a spot on the Bears’ active roster after receiving a promotion. Harris played his first game in the National Football League against the Minnesota Vikings on September 29, 2019.

He was moved up to the active roster the next day, September 1, 2021, and participated in the game that was played against the Seattle Seahawks.

On August 30, 2022, the Broncos released Harris and signed him to their practice squad after previously releasing him.
