Luke Maile, full name Luke Richard Maile is an American-born professional baseball player known to play in the major leagues as a catcher for the Cleveland Guardians baseball team. Luke was born and raised in Kentucky on February 6, 1991.

He was a baseball player in high school at Covington Catholic High School in Park Hills, Kentucky. When he completed high school in 2009, he was drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the 43rd round of the 2009 MLB draft but he did not sign and chose to play college baseball at the University of Kentucky for the Kentucky Wildcats baseball team.

He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Rays in the 8th round of the 2012 MLB draft. He signed with the Rays and played that season for the Short Season-A Hudson Valley Renegades. In 2018, he spent it playing for the Class-A Bowling Green Hot Rods. At the end of the season, he played in the Arizona Fall League for the Salt River Rafters.

The Rays promoted him to the major leagues in 2015 and he made his MLB debut on September 1, 2015. He was claimed off waivers by the Toronto Blue Jays in April 2017 and he a contract in December 2019 with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He signed with the Cleveland Guardians in March 2022.
