Marquise Brown is a wide receiver with the National Football League’s Arizona Cardinals. He stands 1.75 m tall and weighs 77 kg. He ran track and played football when a student at South Broward High School in Hollywood. He changed schools and continued his football and track careers at Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory School.
He signed with the College of the Canyons for the 2016 season after being rejected for scholarships by Division 1 institutions. Brown worked at Six Flags Magic Mountain to make ends meet because California Junior Colleges do not offer athletic scholarships. Brown declared for the 2019 NFL Draft in January, forgoing his last year of eligibility. The Baltimore Ravens took him with the 25th overall pick in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft.
He had a career-high nine receptions in Week 5 of the 2021 NFL season for 125 yards and two touchdowns, one of which was the game-winner as the Ravens once again rallied to win 31-25 in overtime. He was traded to the Arizona Cardinals on the first day of the 2022 NFL Draft. On April 28, 2022, the Cardinals exercised the fifth-year option on his contract.
