Love was a standout defensive end for the Cougars during his football career at Countryside High School. Florida’s Clearwater is where Love was born and reared.
Love was rated as a possible employee with a three-star rating by numerous recruiting companies. He turned down offers from universities such as Arizona, Indiana, Iowa State, Louisville, Mississippi State, North Carolina State, and West Virginia in order to attend the University of South Florida after finishing high school (USF). He played collegiate football with the South Florida Bulls of the University.
He graduated from USF with a bachelor’s in criminology in 2016 and a master’s in business in 2018. Love signed on with the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent on April 28. In September 2020, he was cut by the Bills, and the following day, he was added to the practice squad.
