Neville Gallimore is a defensive lineman with the National Football League’s Dallas Cowboys. He is 1.88 m tall and 143 kg in weight. The first high school he attended was St. Patrick’s, where he participated in defensive tackle. He chose to enroll in the Canada Prep Academy, which allowed him to travel the nation and compete against some of the best high school football programs.

He was the first athlete of Canadian descent to be invited to compete in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, but due to a knee injury, he was unable to do so in 2015. After obtaining 30 scholarship offers from American universities, he decided to enroll at the University of Oklahoma to play college football for the Oklahoma Sooners football team.

At Oklahoma, he redshirted the 2014–15 season. He took part in all 13 of his games as a freshman in 2016, starting six of them. He started the first five games of his sophomore season of 2017 and participated in 12 of his 14 total games, missing only two due to injury. He made 14 starts as a senior in 2019 and totaled 30 tackles (7.5 for loss), 4 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, and 7.5 for loss.
