Odafe Jayson Oweh is an outside linebacker who plays for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League. Oweh, who is of Nigerian ancestry, was born in Hackensack, New Jersey, on December 15, 1998.
He went to school at Blair Academy, which is located in Blairstown, New Jersey. He was chosen to participate in the Under Armour All-America Game that took place in 2018. Oweh has made a verbal commitment to play college football for Penn State.
In 2018, Oweh was a true freshman at Penn State and participated in four games, recording two sacks during that time.
In 2019, he was a sophomore and participated in 13 games, making one start. He finished the year with 21 tackles and five sacks. During the 2020 season, he finished with a total of 38 tackles, including six tackles for a loss.
Oweh was chosen by the Baltimore Ravens in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft, which came at the 31st overall spot.
