For the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League, tight end Parker Hesse plays. He stands 1.91 m tall and weighs 118 kg. He attended Waukon High School and played football. At the University of Iowa, he played five seasons of football for the Iowa Hawkeyes.

He redshirted in his real rookie season. He finished his college career with 182 tackles, 14 sacks, 31 tackles for loss, and two interceptions in 52 games. Hesse signed on with the Tennessee Titans on May 13 as an undrafted free agent after going unnoticed in the 2019 NFL Draft.

During the preseason, he was switched to tight end, and at the conclusion of training camp, he was fired. He was reinstated and played the remainder of the season for the Titans’ practice squad. Prior to being re-signed to the Titans’ practice squad for the 2020 season, he was released at the final roster cuts.

He was reinstated to the practice squad after being discharged in December. On January 4, 2022, he was reinstated to the roster of active players.
