Mushinski pitched for the GCL Astros, the Fayetteville Woodpeckers and the Corpus Christi Hooks. In his three appearances, he had a record of 0–2 with a 4.35 earned-run average and 74 strikeouts in 62 innings pitched.
The Minor League Baseball season for the year 2020 has been called off as a direct consequence of the COVID-19 outbreak. Mushinski pitched for the Sugarland Skeeters in 2021 and finished with a record of 2.84 earned run average and 18 strikeouts over a total of 12 and 2/3 innings thrown.
